I glanced down at my mobile phone to see where the noises were coming from and I recoiled in horror. I looked around the room like there were other people in the hotel room, but it was just me. It stayed on the whole night - How did the battery not run out? I was expecting to find my stolen kidney and unknown mystery meat from somewhere I ate from the night before, but I was shocked to see what I came across. I noticed noises coming from the bathroom. Where was my wallet? Where were my car keys? Why did I decide to stay in a Travelodge instead of Caesar's Palace? These were all conundrums that played on my mind ubiquitously, but I was to remain sane in this hellscape of a box room. It was dimly lit and had the faint whiff of cigarettes and bad choices from the night before. I awoke from my slumber in a dingy Las Vegas hotel room.
